file is sequential.

_PROBLEM SUMMARY:

The ISPZIP fails to detect that the operand on the Select statement
built from EXEC statement PARM filed operands is blank. For a
sequential dataset this results in a zero length file name and
subsequent S0C4 abend.

_PROBLEM CONCLUSION

RECOMMENDATION: Apply apar fix ASZ3189

ISPZIPC will be modified to detect a blank operand on a Select statement
and will issue the following messages:

 ISPZ109E  Invalid control statement
 ISPZ119E  Member selection statement not found
