The PDOM contains product installation instructions

Download file LTXF218.ZIP (a binary file)
Unzip LTXF218.ZIP to obtain LTXF218.SMP (an EBCDIC file)
Transfer LTXF218.SMP into your z/OS system.
The target sequential dataset must have DCB attributes of LRECL=80 and RECFM=FB. The block size must be a multiple of 80 - let your system choose an appropriate value by specifying BLKSIZE=0. This file is already in EBCDIC, do not translate (ie. don't specify ASCII CRLF) during the file transfer. This dataset is in SMPMCS format.
