USERS AFFECTED: Any user running OMCSDBVR with explicit filetype

 An incorrect branch in the initialization code for OMCSDBVR causes
 a loop when a non generic filetype argument is specified.

_PROBLEM CONCLUSION
RECOMMENDATION: Apply APAR fix ASZ3090.

OMCSDBVR will be modified to correctly handle explicit filetype
specification via the FT= keyword.
