_PROBLEM SUMMARY:
USERS AFFECTED: All users
The .JOBSEQ MASTER entries for the affected jobs are not always being
updated after a job is captured.

_PROBLEM CONCLUSION
RECOMMENDATION: Apply APAR fix ASZ3375.
Database activity while creating the SDS file for the captured job caused
database blocks used by .JOBSEQ MASTER to be flushed.  The JSEQSDS# field
in the current .JOBSEQ MASTER was therefore not in the same position as
prior to opening the SDS file and was not correctly updated.

OMCSXWNJ will be changed to refresh the current record in the .JOBSEQ MASTER
file prior to updating the JSEQSDS# field.
