_PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The day-map in user ignore entries is not checked during report
discovery processing.  User ignore entries which have a specific report
key don't work.  However, those with a generic report key (ie. trailing
asterisk) do work as expected.

_PROBLEM SUMMARY:
USERS AFFECTED: users of user ignore entries in IRM option MU

The day-map of user ignore entries was not checked during report
discovery at all.  An incorrect comparison was also done for report keys
in user ignore entries.  When an ignore entry had a specific report key,
a matching report key was not detected and the ignore entry had no
effect.

_PROBLEM CONCLUSION
RECOMMENDATION: Apply PTF ASP1007

OMCSXWRP will be modified to examine the day-map of user ignore entries
and use it to decide whether the entry will be effective or not.
OMCSXWRP will also be modified to correctly compare both generic and
specific report keys from user ignore entries.
