_PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
After applying ASZ3400 the writer abends S001 whenever it captures a
sysout file that causes a spool I/O error.  This will most likely
occur after a machine has crashed or an ipl has occured while a machine
is running.

_PROBLEM CONCLUSION
RECOMMENDATION: Apply APAR fix ASZ3413

The changes made by ASZ3400 were to address issues arising from IBM apar
OW57577 on Z/OS V1R4.  These problems no longer appear to occur.  This
apar will revert OMCSXWPS to it's original state thereby avoiding the
S001 abend.
