_PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The Job Selection Criteria display will not allow not-before / not-after
dates later than 17th May 2007.  If dates later than 17th May 2007 are
entered then one of the following messages will appear:
  NOT-AFTER CANNOT EXCEED 17MAY2007
  NOT-BEFORE CANNOT EXCEED 17MAY2007

_PROBLEM SUMMARY:
USERS AFFECTED: All users using the Job Selection Criteria display

This problem is caused by a previously-imposed "stop-dead" mechanism
designed to highlight the limitation that was relieved by PTF ASP1035.
The OMCSTSSJ module in that PTF did not have this "stop-dead" check
removed before the PTF was shipped.

_PROBLEM CONCLUSION
RECOMMENDATION: Apply PTF ASP1045 which SUPs ASP1035.

OMCSTSSJ will be modified to change the "stop-dead" check to test for
dates greater than 18th May 2017.
