This problem is caused by a previously-imposed "stop-dead" mechanism
designed to highlight the limitation that was relieved by PTF ASP1045.
The OMCSXWNJ module in that PTF did not have this "stop-dead" check
removed before the PTF was shipped.

_PROBLEM CONCLUSION
RECOMMENDATION: Apply PTF ASP1046

OMCSTSSJ will be modified to change the "stop-dead" check to test for
dates greater than 18th May 2017.
