(this is how the users perceive the problem - may be many symptoms)
When the user prefixes a jobname ===> value with a relational expression
eg. "^" (not) or ">", the expression is treated as part of the jobname.

_PROBLEM SUMMARY:
USERS AFFECTED: Any user attempting to prefix a jobname argument with
                a relational expression.

Support was simply omitted for relational expression prefixes for
the jobname ===> selector field.  The help for this display says the
field supports it but this is not the case.

_PROBLEM CONCLUSION
RECOMMENDATION: Apply APAR fix ASZ3449

OMCSTSSJ will be modified to implement relational expression prefixing
for the jobname ===> selector field.
