Code to validate ABS number uses wrong base register and fails to detect
that next ABS number is lower than previous record.


_NOTES:

  This PTF corrects an error in OMCSXWNJ which prevented a sequence
  error in the absolute job number (ABS number) being detected.
  OMCSXWNJ will now compare the ABS number of the record it is creating
  with the ABS number of the previous record. If the new number is
  lower it will change the new ABS number to 1 greater than the number
  in the previous record. The following message will be issued:

  OMCXW228I .JOBDETL MASTER SEQUENCE ERROR - REPAIRING

  The writer will then process the job.
