_PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
A report discovery job ended with rc=16 after issuing these messages:

IR669I increase database free space and rerun job
This message was also seen in the job log:

_PROBLEM SUMMARY:
USERS AFFECTED: Report discovery jobs analysing reports containing more
                than 20 million lines.

During report consolidation, one set of lines to be copied to the "plus"
file contained over 20 million lines.  That was too large to fit into an
uncompressed database file.

_PROBLEM CONCLUSION
RECOMMENDATION: Apply PTF ASP1096 for OMCS version 2.9 - FMID=ASEC209
                Apply PTF ASP1095 for OMCS versions prior to 2.9
                - FMID=ASEC200

OMCSXWRP will be modified to create compressed report consolidation
files ("plus" files) when the SDS file being analysed is compressed.
