The CICS transaction termination screen should have an input field so
it is not necessary to clear the screen to enter another transaction.

_OPERATIONAL NOTES:

This PTF enhances the OMCS/CICS transaction with the following
improvements:
- The RVF termination screen has an input field where a transaction id
  may be entered.
- Implementation of the NEXTTRAN(...) function has been modified to
  ensure correct operation in all circumstances.
- All messages on the RVF termination screen now utilise lower case
  characters.
- The termination screen displays correctly on screens with width
  greater than 80 characters.
- The program will now run in 31 bit addressability mode.
