 OMCSJDSR used the wrong field when testing whether the index discard
 date had been reached, causing the records to be incorrectly deleted.

RECOMMENDATION: Apply APAR fix ASZ3095

 OMCSJDSR will be modified to use the correct field when deleting
 Job Detail records.
